Phase 1 will operated between 2 new stations at Chichester West to Lavant South on the old trackbed.

Phase 2 will be extending some services from Chichester West to Chichester (Network Rail)
Phase 3 will open from a new junction called Lavant South Junction run to a new station at Lavant West and back onto the old formation at Lavant North Halt.
Phase 4 will be extending services from Lavant North Halt to East Dean.

Phase 5 will be extending services from East Dean to Singleton.
